Cancellation:

Once an order is placed it is unfortunately not possible to cancel the order once it has moved into production. If you need to cancel your order call us on 01872 580773 or email orders@thethirsteacompany.co.uk, or contact us via our contact us page as soon as possible. 

Delivery:

Parcel services in the UK are currently under great strain, we dispatch Monday to Thursday. Orders received on Thursday, Friday and the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday for delivery Tuesday. 

We use a 24hour weekday service, but currently services are not guaranteed within this timeframe.

You'll receive an email on Dispatch with tracking information

Next day service available to UK Mainland. For delivery to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland contact us before ordering. 

Complaints and Refunds

As our goods are baked fresh to order we cannot offer refunds except in the case of damage due to delivery, or due to a delay your product has degraded. If you're not happy with your item, and its not up to the standards you expect of us, email us on orders@thethirsteacompany.co.uk with as much information as possible in order to help us rectify the problem as swiftly as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
