Seth & Jodi Richards, met at university in Guildford in 2009, after graduating, and quickly falling out of love with the Technical Theatre industry, and Seth feeling the pull of Cornwall, his home, we decided we'd move to Cornwall and open a Tea Room.
One thing led to another, and we welcomed Earl, our 1980 Citroen HY Van, former Horse box to the team. We converted him across the course of a few weekends, and bravely or foolishly, in April 2014 we left our jobs to face the unknown.
By July that year we'd learnt a lot, travelled the Duchy of Cornwall east to west and North to south, attending, festivals, parties, and weddings. We were offered the opportunity to start popping up at the National Trust's Porth Farm countryside property on the Roseland Peninsula
We've been there ever since, the business has gone from strength to strength, with the amazing support of our community, both local and regular holiday makers.
In Summer 2020, after months of Covid lockdowns and delays we opened our brand new cafe at Towan Beach.
We love our new home, with more on offer, and a longer season, we love opening up the doors each day and serving our customers with the warmth and welcome they've come to expect.
In 2021 we opened our Coffee & Ice Cream trailer at Carne beach. Open Easter - October
